Just 10 minutes from Prantik railway station and half-an hour from Bolpur station, you are welcome to your home away from home – a picturesque Bungalow with two independent floors having separate access staircases to first floor and equipped with all modern amenities, surrounded by lush greenery of well-manicured lawn garden with seasonal flowers, Sonajhuri & mango trees and serene open space.

Escape the city hustle and bustle and spend a few days in the lap of nature, wake up with the euphonious music of bird chirping, feel the fresh morning breeze as the dawn breaks, start the day with a hot cup of tea and sumptuous breakfast provided by your caretaker family, spend the day roaming in the Sonajhuri forest, gazing at the Kopai river, watching the hands-on local artisans making handicrafts, dance to the tune of the mesmerizing Baul songs at the late afternoon huut while the day fades out, enjoy the tranquil evening and indulge yourself with hot evening snacks while your caretaker family prepares the dinner of your choice, and end the day with a good-night sleep on your cozy bed in the comfort of well-furnished bedroom.

The bungalow has 2 airconditioned bedrooms on two floors. The bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and an attached modern bathroom. The bedroom on the first floor has two beds – a queen bed, a single bed, and an attached modern bathroom. The bedrooms offer three-hundred-and-sixty-degree view of the lush green surroundings through wide windows.

The ground floor has a sitting cum fully functional open kitchen and dining space equipped with a 4-seater dining table, refrigerator, microwave, wooden chairs and majlis style sitting with pillows. Guests have full access to the kitchen and can prepare their own meals if they so want. However, using cooking gas and clean-up service is chargeable (extra, per-day basis). The gusts have access to the immaculately maintained lawn located at the left side of the Bungalow where children can play and unwind. The first floor has a large open terrace with outdoor table and chairs to relax, chill and enjoy the nature.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at extra charge, cooked by the caretaker and his family living adjacent to the bungalow.

You will have full mobility during your stay, the caretaker with his Toto is available for pick up/drop (from and at the railway station), sightseeing, etc. on a chargeable basis. He has vast local knowledge and so recommended that you take his services to look around and buy local artifacts
